Some impressive work there mate, especially the Villeneuve BAR, must have taken some effort.

The BAR was the easiest one to do m8, the only difficult bit is to cut the zip to size as the decal set was a 1:20th scale not 1:18th, but you only have to cut off a bit off the top of it so easy enough.

The hard one was the Star Wars Red Bull, i'll be honest it was a bloody nightmare

Just to ask have you got any white decal paper as you will need it m8, do not try and remove the decals on the rear wing and the front wing without having any. Easiest way to do it is to use white decals first (you will need a few layers to hide the old decals.

Either that or totally strip it down and spray them white. I have tried both ways and i would say the 2nd option looks better but is harder to do.

Your welcome m8 anytime, i must say i would start with a McLaren one to start off with m8, they are the easiest to do.

The Williams are next, but these do have their tricky moments, how are you removing the decals?

My Bruno Senna 1:18th Ferrari F430 has arrived! It is sweet! I don't usually say this about Mattel's but it is part of there Elite Range and i am very impressed.

It cost me $104.24 CDN (57.26) including P&P from Canada. All i need now is to get it signed at Le Mans.

I have not taken pics of it as yet, but here it is from an on-line source

I will take some more detail pics later

Toronto Motorsports by any chance?

I was looking at their NASCAR stuff the other day. Lovely model, I love the F430. Do you know that Minichamps are making a 1:43 of the Mercedes C-Class DTM that he tested? Could be one for you...

Yep Toronto Motorsports

It worked out about 40 cheaper buying it from Canada than it was to buy it from a guy in Germany!

I may look into the DTM car, but depends if it is released before Le Mans.

I am currently getting some photo's together for Le Mans, and have some very good ones to add sigs too

Yikes, German ebay users to tend to overprice their diecasts I have realised. Their are some Hamilton 1/43's in Mercedes boxes for silly amounts. Nice if you can sell it I suppose.

Good luck with the photo's, I know Senna will be your target, if not for photo's then for Donna. Razz

I know m8, i would not mind the Mercedes Box Hamilton car but cannot explain another Hamilton car that is exactly the same as all the rest of his.

Lets face it this is his 3rd season in F1 and i already have 12 1:43rd cars of his.

Oh yeah Donna went all funny when i mentioned he had signed to be there. She cannot wait m8

Indeed Mclaren and its partners like Merc are milking it really, I should have gone to my Merc dealer myself and buy one - then sell it a crazy price.

I think Mr Senna maybe driving in DTM too, I certainly want to see him at Brands. Are you hoping to keep most of your signed photos or sell them on?
