It is a WRC round isn't it? It's on the calendar anyway.

Will have to record the highlights tonight, football is on.

Had to laugh when i found out Latvala is out, just make Solberg the team leader ffs.

Typical shitty Eurosport coverage, no live stages and not even highlights on some days Ė which are shit as well.

IRCís launch cannot have helped WRC; both series offer in essence the same machinery and are international. No idea who thought that IRC was a good idea, itís better to have a strong WRC rather than two identical championships. It didnít work in America with open wheel and it wonít work in rallying.

I like both championship but as you said they are basicly the same. i would have to say it would be better to have strong WRC as its FIA championship.

the way Jean Todt has handle WRC is has been rather poor to be honest

Oh, just fabulous - WRC has gone back to the good old days of Eurosport coverage. Recorded Thursday nights highlights, and there was fucking snooker. Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

Snooker is much better the alpine skiing Smile

As for WRC, saw highlights last night. Think there are only 6 people who can challenge this year, Loeb, Solberg, Latvala, Hirvinen, Sordo and someone else who I've forgotten.

Loeb does an outstanding job, I just wish to he had real competition at the end of these rallies.

8 wrc titles so far and none of they could really be called lucky.

No No Alpine skiing is brilliant, skiing down a hill at 70mph! brave people! i wasn't saying snooker was crap, just doesn't need to be on TV. takes up far to much time and yesterday the frame ran over and ski sunday was late then just to keep on time with everything the cut it short. unimpresseed

you can't compare snooker to alpine skiing its unfair to snooker because alpine skiing walks all over it! pirat

Absolutely, its for Hirvonen and others to provide him with real competition.

this will be it's last year

IRC will become the world rallying championship from here forward.

Loeb has killed it, IRC is better though.

I cannot believe that the Swedish Rally wonít be broadcasted, I mean for a global FIA Championship with such prestige Ė I have no idea how the situation has reached this stage.

WRC has been boring enough in recent years; the disorganisation may just kill any chances of the series gaining popularity. I predict WRC will not die, but it will limp along and become a much smaller championship in the process.
