By the way Cerca, your video's are coming up as a red x. Just thought I would let you know.

Watched that on yesterday's race coverage though, the amount they cut the chicanes was shocking! I wonder if F1 2010 will have slow and fast cars, I remember playing F1 2006 and winning the Australian GP in a Minardi in the hardest setting. Rolling Eyes

There ought to be a clear difference between the HRT and a Red Bull when cornering.

I don't know about cornering Sav, But from what i've heard, It will be very hard to win the race in one of the new teams with all the highest settings.

Good stuff, hopefully like in real life it will take a huge crash wiping out all the competitive cars to win in a below-par car.

The safety car could be included in the 2011 game:

Then we’re going to have to look at some other elements of the driving experience such as the safety car, formation lap, whatever. Lots of ideas for moving the “Live the life” stuff forward and expand the multi-player to make it an essential yearly purchase.

This is absolutely fantastic news, if I'm losing in a race then I'll pit for tyres, then tell my teamate to crash. The safety car comes out, everybody else pits then you lead the race!!

This is a superb idea to win races, just bring out the safety car then you're closer to your rivals. Hopefully the 2011 game has the Medical Car as well - may as well have the full show.

Now would I ever want that?! Wink Laughing Laughing

It would be cool though, for example, if you or other drivers retire on the first lap or have a big crash. The Medical car could come and pick you up to get back to the pits, following the Safety Car like in real life.

There are virtually endless opportunities like this to make the experience more authentic.

I wonder if the game is going to have LED flags, like in real life? All F1 circuits have digital flags, it would be pretty cool if the game had the LED flags at appropriate times like a yellow flag when there is an incident.

I agree with one of the men in the interview, next years game is not simply about adding India and including the 2011 cars, its about making the entire experience as real as possible.
