Final round of the LMS is looming, I'm attending the race on Sunday. I know Mark is attending all three days, anybody else going? With Audi, Peugeot and BMW there it should be good.

I won a competition for free tickets, VIP parking and grid walk access. Not sure I've ever won anything before!

Oh hell yeah! All 3 days!

Bring it on for the second LMS weekend this year i have attended. Got my tickets today.

I know Willy is going on Saturday and Sunday. I think Matt is going as well.

I certainly have got plenty of time to harass people

Ah right, so we have a fair few forum members attending then - good stuff. Yes, three days should be enough to get all the stuff you want signed!

The schedule says that the grid walk opens at 11:10 am, better get there quick then.

Rub in you mugs! Laughing only joking.

I will be watching well mostly listening to the event.

24, i think you should do the full world championship next year.

March – Sebring 12 Hours (TBC)
May – Spa 1000 KM (TBC)
June 11-12 – 24 Hours of Le Mans
September – Silverstone 1000 KM (TBC)
September-October – Petit Le Mans
End of October – Fuji 1000 KM
Mid November – 6 Hours (China)

its a must!

I would prefer if the Japanese round was at Suzuka, a great layout and good overtaking places. Fuji has good passing places, but is boring.

Zulhai will be interesting, I seem to remember it was great for A1GP but bigger prototypes I don't know. It is a tight layout, so that could be good for GT cars.

Exactly what I was going to say Paul!

Yep I will be there on Sunday, looking forward to seeing how Drayson Racing get on, and hoping that the Pugs blow up again!

The entry list is now online, and looks like it should be a cracker: http://www.lemans-series.com/ml/images/content/Espace_concurrents/Team/2010/Silverstone/le_mans_series_2010_-_autosport_1000km_of_silverstone_-_provisional_entry_list.pdf

If Davidson is sent on a mission by Peugeot it will be a mission during which no prisoners will be taken and GT cars will die. I do not anticipate the need as the Pugs fuel capacity should not be such an issue in a shorter race as it was at Le Mans.

Are we meant to be meeting up or what? I will be guided by 24 who knows everything!

I was thinking maybe meet up at around 2 pm, or something like that on Sunday? A forum meet with all the members who are attending would be great. I don’t mind though what time or the location.

Just read that Nigel Mansell has not cleared medical checks to race this weekend, that will disappoint some people for sure.

Laughing Laughing

Cor blimey, Peugeot have lost none of their speed - the number 1 908 was more then a second faster then anything else: http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/86555

I see BMW were second in GT2 in practice 1, hope all the other GT2 cars get into trouble.

It was quite close in first practice. If any pug wins it will be the oreca pug. i can bet Davidson hitting Saleen spinning out of the race in hitting the barrier and everyone in the crowd shouting your a tossa*.

*CT makes pedicts that things wont happen. this is my guess

Hmm, its difficult to read who is truly fastest out of Audi and Peugeot. Peugeot were quicker yesterday in practice in dry conditions, yet Audi are now a second quicker in qualifying. confused

The pug's took a risk and went late and couldn't get a clear lap. that was via what oreca posted on twitter.
