Do you think ALMS will have other cars in GTC class in the next year or two.

I love the bit where he goes: you can see this car going for 24hours at walking pace and nothing going wrong"........Hmm not what happen at the N24 race audi have some problems.

yes i think other gtc car will be in the alms soon. I'm think the mazda rx8 is a contoner

i think they turned the traction control up to 15 for that test (out of 10). To be fair at spa last year an r8 lms did the spa 24 no problems and beat a lot of very good teams and cars. I do think the current gt1 cars wouls struggle against it.

As for the n24, well it's the nurburgring nordschleife there is always a risk of them going wrong!

There is an article about the Audi R8 GT3 in this week's Autocar magazine, written by Steve Sutcliffe. He was surprised how user-friendly it was and easy to drive. I think the specification of car works well, because gentleman racers can race the car without being an experienced racing driver.

Well as you say the gentleman drivers have been in Challenge classes in ALMS both GTC and PC. The car could work well there and it would look brilliant in the ALMS field
