Robert Kubica in a Cilo??? Oh well, I suppose he does drive for Renault F1 now.

I like IRC, and Eurosport pay IRC more attention then it ever did with WRC. The live stages for me, are wonderful to watch. Onboard for the whole way through is great. Somehow, the highlight shows don't quite capture the appeal of rallying. Yes, quality motor racing back, thank heavens!

Eurosport have a very big hand in the championship, money wise like wtcc in the early days. The highlights packages are very 2nd rate, your not wrong there. Hopefully Martin Haven will do the monte again this year, i'm sick of Carlton "out there" Kirby on the dakar

Ah, so that explains why the IRC recieves so much coverage on Eurosport. I was curious as to why they were showing live stages, not usually a Eurosport-thing to do. I think they need three channels, with all the sports they show. Its all so tightly crammed in, and if something gets delayed, game over.

I used to like Kirby, but his shouting/rating/rambling is ultra tedious. Reminds me of Legard, in terms of rambling about pointless crap.

Yep looking forward to the Monte, hopefully the coverage will be as good as last season. Will be interesting to see how Kubica performs, in what is only his third competitive rally. Some other big names among the entries too, so the rally should be a belter.

Very much looking foward to this, I'm very likely to miss Wednesday's live stage ( Evil or Very Mad ) but will see most of Thursday's and Friday's live coverage. Just checking, the rally finishes on the 23rd which is the Saturday - and no coverage at all. Bit odd.

Toni made a small error in ss2, looks like it could be a good fight between Hirvonen and the Peugeot's
