I find the prototype's a had tedious to watch on board because they have so much downforce and of course traction control. Why do these cars have traction control? Surprised The onboard of the BMW M3 is the best one. Razz cheers

I have heard a really long on board of the M3 at road america free pratice love it.

The prototype on boards are interesting because you see alot interesting stuff. Like Petit le mans 2007 which the problem Mcnish had in turn one with other 4 cars.

I think the number 2 could have issues, Lucas (is that the driver) certainly had to give it a wiggle and looked slow. Nasty impat for the 88 but its good we have a safety car period.. Very Happy

I find it dissapointing that the top line prototypes have traction control, F1 was cursed for many years for having TC and rightly so. Lets see these drivers control the throttle naturally without an electronic system babysitting them on the exits of corners.

well Audi in 2006 didn't have traction control

They must have traction control for a reason?.... scratch

Come on Audi!

Thats interesting it must have been recently introduced then. I don't know why its allowed because the public should see the drivers fully controlling the throttle without a computer keeping the rear end in check.

I don't mind who wins this race, whoever does the best job should win. All these SC periods are not good for Peugeot though because they need to use their speed advantage to catch up with Audi in the dry, especially with rain looking like an imminent threat.

Sounds like a fantastic plan to me. Very Happy Razz Twisted Evil Piquet driving a BMW would be a complete disgrace to the BMW brand but hey I want them to win this race. Razz

Oh I do love safety car periods. Very Happy Thats even worse for Peugeot, the number 2 car is still leading yeah? Peugeot acually need a long period of green flag conditions so that they can utilise their superior speed, all these SC periods just prevent that from happening.
