Let in school children to fill the grandstands for free, especially in Shanghai.

Its what they do with some of the major events at the Shanghai track, is Okayama really suitable? When WTCC went there last year, I thought those cars were about the limit for that track. Suzuka would have been better.

Did anyone see the Race today at 10:15am on eurosport. it was good race.

So unlucky for drayson racing with head lights out. jonny cocker was fastest out there.

It was great battle between Pescarolo-Judd, Courage-ORECA-AIM Lola-Aston Martin before the Aston martin had a splash and dash and repair to the front right louver came lose. But great for Jarvis/Bakkerud and Audi claiming 3rd.

GT2 was mint battle between BMW 92 of Muller/Milner and Lieb/Henzler in Felbermayr-Proton Porsche it was brilliant

drasyon starts on pole once again hopefully it they can win.

Pescarolo wins race one at Okayama

Race two on tomorrow at yes...5:30am till 6:45am...its the only time eurosport are showing tomorrow.

Best idea that LMS has ever thought of, by splitting the races. I watched it and preferred watching a three hour race then a 6 hour continuous race.

The ending was mega, the battle between the Le Mans winning Porsche and BMW. Of course, the better car won. Wink Laughing Hope they fix the race for BMW if a Porsche or Ferrari is leading tomorrow. Wink

i was surprised that they didn't double stints tyres for the shorter race.

I think it BMW win tomorrow as well they get an entry to le mans or something like that.

I love the lola-aston martins on board more of that please!!!

it was good race. I am really considering getting up at 5:30am to watch it.

3 hours is ok, but a 1000k's is something special. I'd like an ams style mix of both.

A 12 hour to start
a couple of 3 hour races
maybe a 1000k race here
another 3 hour rather
another 1000k race
and finally a ten hour race.

Good effort from the Drayson car, Cocker is a serious talent in that car and Drayson isn't doing too badly for a man with only one working eye, hopefully they can pull off the victory tomorrow.

Aston Martin wins Asian Le Mans finale
http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/79927

I Did get up at 5:30am to watch it. well worth it. Great racing

Aston was clearly the fastest car but Cocker set the fastest time like in race one.

i think yesterday coverage was better.

I still think the pit stops are still weird but i understand why the ACO did it for closed top cars etc

The Aston martin did well despite the car not been suited to this track quite tight but great event good idea aswell.

No point in getting up, it wasn't live. I just Sky + it, a good race yet again. I prefer 3 hour races, in fact they are ideal for LMS. ALMS runs all sorts of different hours, its fun. Smile

I don't have sky + so i got up. wasn't any trouble i get up to watch racing any time of the day. especially sports cars Very Happy

I think its great they are getting rid the aero bits on the front of the bodywork and also the panals at the back ten

i do think the pits stops need to go back to normal two men each side.
