not sure i think there is a hockenheim 24h porsche race as original or do you want a different version of it??

never double stint tyres, after an hour i'm about 5 seconds a lap slower, so 5 to 8 laps and i've caught up the time lost on the older tyres.

try going down the straight with the headlights off for 2 to 3 seconds and turn them back on, you'll be surprised how much more you can see with them on.

I want a different Version so i can you the others car other the Porsche.

I did ok the on tyres i was only 1second to 3seconds off my time but the other car I.E the Prodrive Ferrari's was was taking so much time out of me. surrprising there is only been 4crashes at Enna.

So i should not double stint medium tyres?? i can only do it at night, Night racing the light and sun affects the screen.

the longest race i've ever finished in gtr2 is 4 hours around spa in a porsche 996 gt3 rs and i won it on the last lap. Very lucky

that was true until last night when i finally finished (after about 4 weeks)

i've been trying for 5 years

i know that probably isn't of interest but i wanted to post it anyway Smile

Well done ten Looked a tough race

I am doing 24hour race at the minute with Graham nash's saleen at Enna, I am leading by 2laps as the other GT1 cars are not that strong but already been off the track.

If its forcast at the start of the race and the clouds are very dark will still rain because it hasn't yet? scratch

honestly, i don't know. It might be that depends on how the game is setup.

thank you, and it was a tough race, trying not to use the breaks or the gears or too much of the engine is hard work and to go fast enough to keep up whjile doing is harder still. Luck for me everything held togeather

Cerca, Is that the view you use on GTR2?. The behind-the-car view, Or have you just put it on there for the picture? Laughing

I cannot play it in that view, It has to be cockpit or sometimes on the bonnet. Laughing

24 hour races have there own system, but for other distances it's different.

I think it would be eaiser to tell you how to do it.

Open Gamedata/Locations/hockenheim

Open NTHockenheim.gdb (with notepad)

find

RaceLaps = 136
RaceTime = 180
RaceTimeScaled = 180

and replace it with

RaceLaps = 272
RaceTime = 360
RaceTimeScaled = 360

for six hours or

RaceLaps = 544
RaceTime = 720
RaceTimeScaled = 720

for 12 hours.

Let me know if it's alright, if you have any trouble let me know and i'll make something up! Very Happy

Embarassed

i believe this is what you need http://www.simbin.se/files/gtr2_ofp.zip

i'm not completely certains it the right file, but it seems to be the most recent patch. there is a thread on no grip racing here http://www.nogripracing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=30337&highlight=server that might be more helpful getting you back on line Smile

Oh man, I had to have the computer downstairs fixed as the motherboard melted lol! So I just upgraded it with better eveything and wow you should see GTR2 play on it now. It's totally just transformed it. It's 100% better. I can even play GT Legends on it with no slow down or lag now.
